SimWizard AI is an add-in for Simio simulation software that provides AI chat capabilities through third-party AI providers. The service is provided by Simulation Helpdesk OÜ (registry code: 14766183), registered in Tallinn, Estonia. SimWizard AI requires a separately licensed copy of Simio simulation software to function. Simulation Helpdesk OÜ does not provide Simio licenses and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Simio LLC.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices, credit allocations, available AI models, credit coefficients, and the contents of subscription packages at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect your current billing period. We will notify active subscribers of material pricing changes at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.
The free plan provides limited access to select AI models with credit limits. No license key is required. The free plan may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SimWizard AI. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
AI responses are generated by third-party providers including but not limited to: Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), OpenAI (GPT), xAI (Grok), DeepSeek, StepFun, MiniMax, Moonshot AI (Kimi), and Zhipu AI (GLM). We route requests through OpenRouter and other aggregators. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of AI outputs. Use of these providers is subject to their respective terms of service. The list of available AI providers may change at any time.
AI training and provider data handling: Once your prompt is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, that provider’s privacy policy and data-handling practices govern its use. Some providers may use submitted content to train or improve their models. We do not control whether or how third-party providers retain, log, or train on your data, and we make no warranty regarding their practices. Do not submit personal data, confidential information, trade secrets, or regulated data through the service.
AI outputs are generated probabilistically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, fabricated information ("hallucinations"), or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that:

Breach of these representations is grounds for immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user, geography, or organization where required to comply with applicable law or our upstream providers' terms.
SimWizard AI is a general-purpose simulation assistance tool. It is not designed, intended, or authorized for use in life-critical, safety-critical, or high-risk applications, including but not limited to: medical diagnosis or treatment, life support, healthcare delivery decisions, aviation or aerospace control, nuclear facility operation, defense or military targeting, autonomous vehicle control, hazardous materials handling, or any application where failure could result in death, personal injury, severe environmental damage, or critical financial loss. You are solely responsible for independently verifying all outputs and results before relying on them for any operational, safety, regulatory, or financial decision. Use of the software in such excluded contexts is at your own risk and outside the scope of any warranty, support, or liability we may otherwise provide.
SimWizard AI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, completeness, uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, and compatibility with any particular system, software version, or use case. We do not warrant that the software, AI outputs, or any results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or be suitable for any specific application. SimWizard AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Simio LLC. "Simio" is a trademark of Simio LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Simulation Helpdesk OÜ, its directors, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, procurement of substitute goods or services, or damages arising from decisions made based on AI outputs or simulation results, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to the software or these terms, regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the amount paid by you in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ten thousand euros (€10,000) in aggregate across all claims.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for gross negligence, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Simulation Helpdesk OÜ, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the software; (b) content, data, or prompts you submit to the service, including any infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, or confidentiality rights; (c) your violation of these terms or applicable law; (d) any decisions, actions, or omissions you make based on AI outputs or simulation results; or (e) your submission of confidential, regulated, or unlawfully obtained data to third-party AI providers.
All intellectual property rights in SimWizard AI, including the software, its design, code, and documentation, are and remain the exclusive property of Simulation Helpdesk OÜ. Nothing in these terms grants you any ownership rights in the software. AI-generated outputs are provided without warranty of originality, accuracy, or non-infringement, and you assume full responsibility for your use of such outputs.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: outages or changes by third-party AI providers, internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, or cyberattacks. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue specific AI models or providers at any time without prior notice.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The following sections shall survive termination or expiration of these terms: Acceptable Use, AI Outputs and User Responsibility, High-Risk Use Exclusion, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, User Indemnification, Intellectual Property, Governing Law, Severability, and any other provisions that by their nature are intended to survive.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
